£26ml for Sailing - Do clubs see any of it?

I've mentioned this a few times on other threads, but decided to make one for it.

UK Sport has given RYA £26 million for the run up to Tokyo 2020. I would like to know where does that money all go?

* Olympic only sailors / squads / coaches
* Grass roots sailing - e.g sailing schools
* Sailing clubs
* somewhere else?

I would love to know how much is passed down to sailing clubs which are the mainstay of the whole thing. Without clubs and passionate members, top sailors would unlikely be where they are.

I would love to see a scheme where clubs can develop into semi-professional clubs e.g paid staff to offer extra facilities/courses/events to encourage more memebers + keep exisiting members engaged.
Also to help clubs that might still be based out of huts/portacabins etc into purpose built sailing clubs - its hardly a positive advert for sailing when someone turns up to a run down shed and no hot water in the showers.

Funding for grass roots sailing comes from Sport England (and their equivalents in the other nations of the UK).

There were 5 badminton events and the UK got a one medal.  20% return ain't bad...
