I would put a trapeze on the pm if I thought the mast was up to it.  It has never occurred to me to put on an assy.....until now.

Appears to be a good boat for the money.    http://sailingdinghies.apolloduck.co.uk/display.phtml?aid=12 1237

just a quick note, the phantom didnt completely sink, just very nearly.... someone at the club borrowed it and left the front tank bung out and it filled when he was sailing, he made his way to shore at the end of the racing and he heeled it over it took on a cockpit full of water and just stayed afloat, it was a nightmare to get back on to the beach.

Must be something abouts Phantoms and their desire to investigate the
depths..Our man left his bungs out first time afloat and complained of
sluggish performance until that inevitable moment of realisation.

There are actually several Phantoms sporting the name Casper, caused by people naming their boats without checking to see if the name is unique within the class.

I have no idea which was the first Casper in the class....
