RS200 - Spinnaker doesnt reach mast when hoisted??

I would say you want the bearing point of the sheave pulley at the same height as the tweaker line gromet rather than the top of the sheave as mentioned above.
Or for a simpler solution just reinstate the tweaker line, just tie off the other end on the D ring on the front of the mast so that the tweaker line is always tight.
