   The Enterprise did well enough as the Endevour boat, and that wasn't an out and out racer either. The point is to have a boat which people from classes as far apart as Toppers and 49ers can jump into with minimal practice and race on as even a playing field as possible. An out and out racer (such as the 400) isn't going to achieve this. So yes, good choice for the Endevour, without the sarcasm!

	There is 1 (maybe 2) at Scaling Dam and they do indeed look a bit RS400y and the sail plan looks a little 12y (if you squint) because it's so high aspect. It seems to go fairly well but there is definitely a washing-up bowlness about the material it's moulded in. Scaling seems to embrace change (despite being a little isolated) and there are several 'plastic' boats to be seen.
