Not sure but we are still ahead Maybe just parts of the year cut into 3 or something? Not really sure what it is on about. Don't think it will be Gold, Silver, Bronze though. Series 1 is rank #1 etc. If this was an Olympic medal table, we'd be 8th, behind everyone with a world #1.
Of course, some world champions aren't up top due to having sailed too few ranking events of late- Mr Ainslie for example. The ranking reward those who get out there and put in consistently high performances. |
