me and my friend would like to move into a doublehander together but not sure which to choose as theres many out there. we are both 15 years old, weight 17-18 stone together and are pretty fit. we both have lots of experience sailing toppers (both asked to join the british youth sqaud) and have a small amount of experience in more modern boats can use trapezes, hoist and gybe spinnys. we would ideally like a boat with a single trapeze and a asymetric spinny a good race scene would be nice but not nesserary as we a very active and dont have much time to travel the country going to events ty in advance |

Rs200, 29er, V3000, 420, Cherub, are the immedaite choices that spring to mind for the lighter weight pairs. Edited by Doug.H |

If your not looking for a super-active class .. take a look at a 405
Single trapeze, assymetric spinni, and can be picked up felativley cheapley. Else .. 29er or 29er XX (the new, twin trapeze one!) |

Why only a new rules cherub? A 97 boat could be just the ticket... What are you looking to spend? theres a masive amount of choice out there and cost is probibly your best way to start narrowing it down |
