25kg more than that

   Has anyone seen the review of xenon in Y&Y, sailed one, taken one home from the boat show , have any decent photos you could pass on.
Also has anyone got any views on the xenon, looking to spend some pennys 
also looking at Laser2000  and some RS boats

	Saw the review, sailed one at Datchett, thought it was a great boat, ordered one, and awaiting it's delivery in two weeks - can't wait! Have sailed the other two and thought the L2K a little tame (Xenon has 30% more sail area) and hate the Vision - had bad experiences with fittings pulling out of under-engineered sections. 	We saw the Xenon at the London Boat Show and took delivery in June, replacing our old Kestrel. We are very pleased so far, the assymetric is just so much easier to get on with than the symetric spinnaker. The Xenon seems reasonably stable and our 9 year old thinks it makes a fantastic family boat, (he didn't like the Kestrel -it was set up for racing, and a bit congested with three in it) whilst we find it good to race in the club handicap races (sailing of PW1035). Its taken us a while to get the hang of role tacking it effectively, but we are getting there now. It doesn't seem as quick as the Kestrel in very light stuff, but when we get a bit of wind we quickly catch up. All in all it has been a good purchase for us, but we are hoping that there might be some open meetings next year so we can sail against and meet other Xenon owners.

	2 positive reviews in a row of a plastic boat on the Y&Y forum...wonders will never cease! Maybe Topper have done a decent boat?

	Saw it at the dinghy show, delivery in June, loved every minute in it since. Very responsive, lots of room, nice and stable. So good I started a forum (see Marine Boy's post above). Certainly echo Martin's wish for an open meeting, be a blast.

	Check the Daily Sail out for another review I like the comment it looks like an RS400 with national 12 sails!

Don't know if I should mention it here The man from Topper he say "the bigger you go with the plastic boats the lighter they get proportionally to glass boats, so this hull is now 118kg" Shurely shome mishtake, or if not mishtake contradiction... Apparently the GRP prototype weighed 25kg more than that - about the same as a 1970s GP14! Plus ca change...
