fluid intake

   yeah it's true i was going to the loo a bit more often than usual! But
it was quite easy to drink that much in a day.  Just while
watching match of the day in the evening i'd just keep on getting more
water just for something to do! i'd end up drinking over 10 big cups of
water in about 1 hour!
