The reason there wont be any1 representing the rs400 is that Specky (the national champion) is representing the finn class, now he's good but i'd doubt he'd manage to sail 2 boats at once.

Is that a new thing or an old thing.. I cant find any reference for how many boats you have to have at the champs to be represented.. But the cherubs will be there..

He admitted he was pushing it out of the gybes very hard and since it was only him that broke two kite poles in a row he is unlikely to get redress, not that it sounded like he would request it anyway.
