Its an American style - you cantell by the pound sign on the 3.

 

In the US, the symbol # has the name pound.

Very funny...

What kind of keyboard is that (other than filthy!)?  Where, for example, is the exclamation mark?  Its all wrong... must be some dodgy foreign thing.
