Sailing Injuries

   Currently racing with a herniated disc in my neck. Absolute agony, deferred pain extremely instense in left forearm and left hand completely numb... tends to make sheeting a bit difficult!

	not a sailing injury, but a mountain bike injury... mine in fact. and in case you were wondering yes they were all one incident.

	my best sailing injury was on the parents cruiser when i fell over and took a great chunk out my knee and it was just laying there on the deck caught up in this D-ring eyelet thingy. still got a scar but ive got so many scars on my knees from falling off my bike and rugby i cant tell which one it is.
