The big boys blaze looked nice, but there is no way the bloke that was sailing it was over 100kg!!!!

I think I probably made the right decision not going the Laser Radial's did not even make the top hundred!

I think he started about +26 ish ... Not sure where that would put him handicap wise as I have lost the sheet!!

glad I didnt go, I much prefered my windsurfing in cold (but not freezing) and windy conditions. Anyone who actually sailed must have been slightly mad. Well done to anyone who worked up the enthusiasm to sail on a freezing puddle without any wind.

And this probably sums up the weather - foggy!

I do remember the Mirror Eastern event back in April last year, that was on the River, so easier to loose boats!

I sailed in a freezing fog the last race of the season. It wasn't funny. Although the wind improved greatly as the visibility reduced.
I was okay for grip but the chaps in the GP had trouble when their dancefloor froze...
