Tom there is a cheap RS600 on apollo duck at the mo, if i didnt have my impending court case i would be looking seriously at it.  I wouldnt go for a blaze after the 300 mate, you will be disapointed.  The 600 will be a bit of a challenge, the laser is going to offer big fleet sailing at a cheap price, what about a contender??

budget is anything under 3k really, the cheaper the better to be honest but dont mind too much as long as its under the 3k mark.

i know the boat isnt coming to any harm sitting still. its just unfair to keep it when theres people out there wanting to get on the circuit with a boat and cant find one.....

a laser was potentially an option, vareo im too light, 600 i was considering but blaze i have never thought about much. how much is you laser up for by the way?

I don't think you're going to free up enough money to make much difference... Decent boats tend to cost roughly the same amount of cash... You can have an old shed and spend all your time on maintenance instead, but its probably more expensive. Get down to one boat, sure but beyond that I think the chances of freeing up significant amounts of cash and still ending up with a boat you're going to enoy sailing every other week are slim...

Blaze, Vareo, Old Laser (mines for sale!) RS600,

It all depends on what you got to spend. TBH a boat sitting still every other week isn't bad. Its the boats that don't move from one year to the next. Um, I could name some at the centre, a Laser EPS, Pico, Topaz, Escape Cha Cha (Yep there's one of those) etc etc

It all depends on budget. I recon a Blaze could give the excitement of the 300 but as a cheaper option.

well it looks like my 300 is going next weekend  really going to miss it but cant justify having such a nice boat and only being able to use it every other week (not when they are in such demand).

reason for sale is that i wanted to free up some cash as im now in uni. this means that the next boat needs to be cheaper. i just dont know what to get. im 70kg and a reasonable sailor. dont mind trapezing or hiking. probably singlhanded but mabe double at a push/depending on the boat. i want something which will improve my sailing.

suggestions anyone?
