I think i would go for the Westerly. But only having crewed one as a kid
very occasionally and not having sailed the others I'm not sure I'm the
best advisor.

But I thought i should comment just to give you some information and to
stop the children from scraping.

Im thinking of buying a yacht to do a bit of sailing, I would like it to be able to cope with the odd trip a cross the channel, I would also like stability and accomodation and speed,takeing into account? I have narrowed it down to four yachts to look at, Can you advise which would be the best suited and which would be up to sailing across the channel and how they sail in heaveir sea's?
