Workers get less than the UK minimum wage (and then some), company directors get new cars (and yachts).

 to be fair they probably also intend to sell more boats outside europe, after all lasers are manufactured in lots of countries including the uk

mmmmm....the UK cannot support a large manufacturing base, our wages are too high to provide consumers with products which will not be undercut by foriegn imports, net result companies go bust emplyees still loose their jobs so steer clear of the union job protection mandate!  The employees may get less than the UK minimum wage but they are paid alot better than by local employers and genrerally have better conditions.  I know there are exceptions and as consumers we have the abiltiy to exercise our rights not to buy their products.  By the way these company directors who make money and buy flash cars! who sells them the car? who developed the car? who services the car? who refines the fuel for the car? where does the tax on the flash car go? need i go on?

Middle East?!?   I thought we were talking about Brazil.  Anyway some of those Middle Eastern countries have got more money than sense.  Okay they don't share it out that well but they've got it all there from their oil.  

tack'ho    here is one for you.who is undercutting the RS boats with foriegn inports? and are the new lower labour cost built boats any cheaper???
