As you can see the Hysterical Skiffs aren't remotely planing boats, dragging a hole through the water that a cruiser would be embarassed by. They probably exceed "hull speed", but only through sheer brute force. Glorious boats though!

Why not look at the new REDEYE solution that looks like it might do the trick ,Its at the show . It can  also be viewed on redeye web site looks good
