Villan

As Paul suggests come and see us on the Blaze stand at the show.  The loaned demo boat, formally at Burghfield, has unfortunately from our point of view now been sold by Topper and we await access to a replacement.  One will emerge once Whites catch up on the backlog of new boats on order but I'm sure we can get you in a good  'owned'  one much sooner to see what a 'sorted' one is really like.  Same goes for anyone else out there and interested.

We already have 31 paid up pre-entries for the June Nationals at Warsash which is amazing so early in the year with 4.5 months to go - hope you get one and join in.  If you have not sailed all the boats you might consider I'd give them all a go first to make sure whatever you choose is right for you.

Villan,

If you fancy a day trip you could come and have a go in mine if you like (unlss Burghfield is closer for you and you fancy trying the demo boat).

As you down that way pop along to Ali Pali and meet the people, that what I am doing!

Regards,

Paul

Good decision going with the 300, much sleeker and it puts out a nice, crisp sail while it cuts through the waves. I have 1 that I take out occassionally on those light days.

Good to hear you've bought a 300 Chris...

Where will you be sailing it? Which uni are you at? Is it true you'll be adding to the 300 fleet in the mighty Scotland?

I used to sail at BLYM. Herts squad, YAY!

How about one of the BLYM 200s. Can't believe there's no one at BLYM who's looking to campaign something. Is Justin Linnel still up there?

Think he used to sail that little topper assymetric boat, i forget what it's called. If there's still one of thos eat BLYM there a good boat.

edit: I remember now, it's a Buzz

Yup, I have a feeling the blaze is about as close as im going to get to a winged singlehander without resorting to the EPS (which is basically dead) or a trapeze boat that will be too much of a handful on a small lake.

Im open to a few suggestions now, Requirments:

As fast as / faster than Lasers
Swinging Centerboard
Some degree of stability (enough that I dont look like a complete fool during tacks / gybes)
