i think i saw you at one point then behind the wall of spray as there was only one contender entered right? you were definitely upright at that time though and cruising!

Well I managed to get round in an ever so boring Firefly.  Not too sure about the 34 knots in the race, wasn't that windy! Although I did see a Firefly pitchpole which was pritty impressive

you must have been one of few plymouth sailing club members not to be there then as there were enough of them about, could spot them a mile off by their hoodies! was it just you and andy lang that couldn't make it!?

....  Maybe a good thing that I couldn't get the boat to the Nationals, probably would have ended up destroying lots of stuff .

does anyone know who was taking photos? i saw a couple of ribs with cameras and can imagine there might be some extreme shots. i'd quite like to track them down.
