I have exactly the same ones on my 14. I got all 4 brand new off ebay for £18.

Not sure why people and manufacturers go for the hosepipe/rope core efforts. I have never used them, but they look a great way to break your ankle in a wipeout.

How many feet do you have?

Why do you need so many?

We use generally things like the above, about 4mm spectra, with one of the following hoses

  1. Hydraulic(synflex) hose, black only
  2. Truck air brake hose, comes in blue black red and orange
  3. Industrial reinforced air hose, clear with a white reinforcement.

to make them stand up , pull rope as tie as you can get it, may need a couple of goes at this, with electrical tape between  each of them. This works really well.

You can also use cut-up rubber car mats.  I'm about to fit them to my Cherub, I'll let you know if they work or not!

We use windsurfer toe-straps. Nice and comfy, easy to get in and out of and if you go a "trip down the mine", your ankles and feet will be okay. The shock footloops look good too but not tried them yet....
