i refused to go back to my physio guy cos he said the only way the pain in my knees would go was if i stopped sailing....funny guy!

Woohoo my physio aint that bad, I have always been told i was alowed to keep sailing, im not sure they realy understood what sailing is like, I was allowed to sail because hiking kept my knees straight, but im not allowed to cycle or horse ride.

blimey all the health injuries coming out!  hmm i feel so left out dont have a recuring knee problem

:o    what is that supposed to mean blooby!  hmm yes well come to think of it sailing does actually contribute to alot of injuriesn -  thats what makes it a little more fun

im not that recent -  and yes i think that is the sutuation,  but ur right i did miss out on the  phase.  hmmm the name on this thread thing is so general i was gonna be cool and think up of a witty question to link to a sailing thread but what can u do with people ???  this post allready has links to people in it
