She got a spray top, a pair of sailing shoes, a body board, 2 PS2 games (do I see a pattern there?), TONS of clothes, handbag, books galore... AND she has 4 friends coming here tomorrow night for a sleepover AND there are parcels coming from France... Lucky or what?? |

Just going back to the knee's thing...
I have bad knees and I was referred about 8 years ago now for Physio. For me it did not work (I have over developed mucles in my legs from cycling and sailing). What I find works wonders are the neoprene knee supports (if wearing a shortie or shorts and t-shirt) or normal tubi-grip if wearing a drysuit. I do find when I wear my full wetsuit that it provides enough support on it's own (if they are really bad I crew the Fireball, can't beat a bit of standing around  )Just my 2p.... Paul |
