   One of the best start line tactics is to take a big bite out of a mars bar and chew it until its pretty liquified, then take a big swig of bru and mix it with the mars bar.
As the boats come together for the start make sure that the nearest boat sees you as you spit the lot out over the side.  If they're proper sailors (hungover) it'll start a chain reaction of sick all the way through the fleet.

	Having just read the article on the drink being developed by Skandia and the Uni of Aberdeen for Cowes week sailors i had to chuckle and double check the date. http://www.yachtsandyachting.com/news/?article=16794 Then after thinking about it i realised the Uni of Aberdeen are on a sure fire winner.
