Name the owner

Yes grf was your boat. Luckily a couple of council workers were on hand to help,they are used to things blowing down and we got it chopped into nice sized logs ready for the bonfire. Hang on its plastic that's right it's back on its trolley and tied down. To the ground.

For everyone else all members were notified through our Facebook page that boats were safe and righted and tied down.

P.s. in recent weeks this has been the natural position of grf's boat on the water

Particularly if it's sat fairly happily on the grass.
If it's rolling about on gravel on concrete, it would be best to put it back on the trolley.
It is unfortunate that so many clubs still don't have adequate provision for tying boats down.
Most insurance policies insist on this, but how many of us don't or can't comply?

Was the photo taken by a club member ?

Surely the first thing a reasonable club mate would do would be to contact the owner (even just to say that they had put the boat back on its trolley etc) - not post some daft photo ?
