The Laser would be my choice in such a time.

nope. i have a plan for saving money. each week i aim to save £30 of my student loan

that way when my car dies i can replace it and still have money for a boat

and rich, when he said where it was going it made me feel so much better. i know it will get proper use and im glad that someone else can enjoy it as much as i did.

Fantastic news for us ... sorry for you Tom but I'm sure we'll see you again soon.

I met Dave on Sunday ...really nice guy and well please with the boat ... he didn't go out in it though as it was F7 gusting F5 (full of holes) .. proper mental.

I did help him rig it though, so he's all set and really keen for next weekend.

Could be a good turnout for us what with TT, myself, ChrisG back from hols and Dave to mention but a few.

i did ask about potentially locking it down, putting it on bricks etc but the guy wasnt having any of it. then again he did seem in a pretty foul mood that day and was ranting at other people for 'clogging' up the boat park whilst they were rigging.

i think i will let the boat go tomorrow if the guy wants it. once i sort out somewhere to keep a trailer or a solution then i can always see about getting another 300 if nothing else has caught my eye. now that i am 'in the 300 loop' it should be much easier than it was first time.

russ, RE serial numbers etc. im not sure mine has one. it was made for me as a favour by the guy who provides them to speed sails. i still paid him but got a nice discount on what it would be from speeds or anyone else. always good to have contacts
