i got alot of stick at school from that car. but it is the only one not to break down and costs me nothing

Do you really need to worry about that with a 1L uno?

i have been towing my international 14 behind my 1lt uno. quite a feat it has a whole 45bhp. i am soo proud it is losing a lot of wieght tho due to the rust.  and has a massive system in the boot so there is harly any room for gear at the moment. am looking at an old school volvo estate for the new boat or a old landie. but may just see how long the uno can cope.

oh and the towing speed is 60 if no one has mentioned it.

i saw a cayenne towing a caravan last week so you must be able to get them retro fitted!

Not true - Cayenne can take a towbar

Well the Porsche centre said no, and I was surprised at that. I checked What Car, and the Towing Wieght was set at NA. So I took them at their word.

Not that it matters, as I didnt want a Cayenne.

Towing insanities I have committed

J24 behind a Peugeot 405 1.6L - Edinburgh to Lymington and back (company car, needed new piston rings after 20,000 miles - I never let on why)

Osprey behind (at various times) an 850 Mini, an MGBGT and Lymington to Dundee behind a TR6... (now that looked pretty cool... and there was a keg of beer in the boat to add to the fun).
