Just press the button and smile  I need a bit more practice to stop it being out of focus. or use the other hand.

Try just gybing the kite leave the main cleated.Take slack out of new sheet prior to gybe.Take the Kite sheet from the ratchet as you cross,If the kite catches the jib/forstay pull through later, if the kite inverts pull earlier. set the jib so it can set off the windward sheet. Keep it flat and fast. if the boat heels to windward going to the gybe you should have crossed earlier. steer a smooth long curve through gybe to give your self time to cross but not too long allowing the boat to slow down. other wise you will swim with the main sail in.

You wont be entering any races with your single-handed gybes either

Thanks for pictures, that is sort of what I do, but nice to see someone else suggesting the same approach. I think I'll try the cleat main, but hang on to the sheet with back hand option. Locically it seems best. As for the jibes, yes the teeth are used if the wind is light, but a slow steady fairly deep gibe, kite and main across, then jib, then head back up again, I certainly will not be winning any races with the current speed of my single handed jibes, but its getting there.
