Ignoring the usual class promotion and fleet racing etc that sways your decision in choosing your primary boat.  What would be your choice for a second “fun boat”.  Let’s say you had an hour to kill and just wanted to blast about, which boat would you choose for its ability to put a smile on your face?

Although I doubt I will ever own one, I enjoy sailing a Hobbie 16 when I am on my hols

RS600.... it would teach you a lot about pure dinghy sailing, and remind you again, why you have a sensible 'first boat'  LOL

nope, it will just make seem sensible and grown up and know when a good race is a good race, and the box you shift it is irrelevant if they're all the same.... not really fitting for an internet persona though is it?

What's the most fun to sail?

It rather depends. Pottering around Chichester Harbour with the grand kids on a summers day in an old Ent would do it for me. It puts a smile on my face  Smile
