Another new IMS racer in Sydney

The burst of new racing boats on the Sydney scene continued on Saturday with yet another IMS race boat having its first outing.

In the CYCA Lion Island Race on Saturday, the new Loco, the American Farr 52 which raced successfully as Scream had its first Australian hit-out. David Coe & David Loe have painted their new racer, with similar livery to their earlier Loco.

The new Loco finished in a touch under 5 hours to win the race.

Vanguard was second on IMS. Warwick Sherman's new Occasional Course Language slipped into third place, which was a nice loosener before the Leasecorp Gosford to Lord Howe race in a couple of weeks.

Miss G Fuss Moment was 4th and Midnight Rambler; another Lord Howe 2000 entrant and previous winnder of bothe that race & the Sydney to Hobart was 5th.
