ISO Eurocup 2004 at Malcesine, Lake Garda - preview

by Martin Laity 22 Jul 2004 08:49 BST 27th July to 1st August 2004

This years eurocup will be held at Fraglia Vela Malcesine on Lake Garda on 27th July to 1st August. Pre-entries are up 20 percent from last year with a good final turnout expected.

Defending European Champion Ian Keam George (1188 Smartnav) or should it be ‘Ian KING George’ as he is current National champion and recent open meeting winner, seems to be unstoppable at the moment.

So who will take the Crown from Ian and Katie Keam George, could it be team ‘RWO’ who’s helm Pete Lindley has recently returned from lake garda after winning the Laser 5000 Eurocup ? who knows, but there will be many very competitive teams making the long trip to this great venue.

Regular race updates will be on the Yachts and Yachting website

NOR can be found at www.isoracing.org.uk
