Pompey Parhelion at Portsmouth Sailing Club Overall

The seventh and eigth races of the Pompey Parhelion were held yesterday, 27th April 2002, in breezy conditions in the Solent. Portsmouth Sailing Club would like to thank all the competitors taking part in the inaugral series and we hope you have enjoyed the racing. We look forward to seeing you all in October when we will run the Pompey Parhelion Autumn series. Initially we plan to run the racing over six weeks, though these details will be confirmed shortly. Electra wins the IRC 1 class, with Grand Cru II second and First of September in third place. In the IRC 2 class, Apache was first, Pluto was second and Auditrac was third. Bugler of Hornet wins the Club Handicap class, followed by Tiptoe Too in second place and Rhapsody in third.
