F498 Dido on display at the RYA Volvo Dinghy Show

At this weekend's RYA Volvo Dinghy Show, the Firefly Class are proud to be displaying the only boat still racing that also competed in the 1948 Olympic Games.

F498 'Dido' was used by the Brazilian entry to the singlehanded dinghy class at the London Games, and came 3rd in the 2008 Nationals held at the same venue in Torbay. She has been active on the highly competitive Firefly racing circuit ever since her restoration and looks to be going strong for the next 60+ years!

Also on the stand will be a new GRP Rondar hull and a wealth of Firefly experts to answer your queries and tell you about another great season in this modern classic dinghy class.
