Solo class at the RYA Volvo Dinghy Show 2011

by Claire Clark 3 Mar 2011 07:09 GMT Stand C44, 5-6 March 2011

The National Solo Class Association will be exhibiting on stand C44 at this year's RYA Volvo Dinghy Show 2011 (5-6 March, Alexandra Palace, London).

There will be two fine examples of Solos on show, a brand new Boon and a 3 year old all wood Poulson that has shown good form on the circuit and demonstrates that you don't have to buy a brand new Solo to be competitive.

Plus this year there will be 4 different sails to view over the weekend. On display will be sails from North, Speed, Batt and Rooster.

As well as the boats on show, they'll be lots of photos to look at (will you be featured?), plus willing volunteers to talk to about Solo sailing. Bring your wallets as well as they'll be things for you to buy including some exclusive 2011 T-Shirts.

For the ultimate answers to the questions you may have about making you and your Solo go faster, why not come along at 11am or 3pm each day to quiz some of our current and previous Class Champions.

We look forward to seeing you there!
