100 days to go to the RS Feva Nationals at Abersoch

by Bill Tucker 17 Feb 2011 13:55 GMT 28-31 May 2011

With exactly 100 days to the RS Feva Sekonda Nationals entries are now live. Abersoch has been booked with sunny weather and F3-4 winds. The sand is already raked as you would find at any decent resort in the Med.

The second May Bank Holiday will find the hills and alive with the sound of... well RS Fevas having a load of fun. It should be a fine venue for the developing fleets in the North and Scotland as well as the large numbers that sail at Abersoch in the summer.

The championship is hosted by South Caernarvonshire Yacht Club, Abersoch, Gwynedd and sponsored by SEKONDA.

Registration and the practice race on Saturday May 28th with the qualifying series of races on Sunday and Gold & Silver flights on Monday & Tuesday.

With nearly 80 boats training over the winter in 8 squads the competition is going to be fantastic.

All the information is at www.rsfeva.org and the entry page is at www.rsfeva.org/nationals

So who will be the Champion this year? Can Robert Baddeley and James Taylor succesfully defend? Will it be you? Could be - so get entered!
