Crosby Sailing Club RNLI Hangover Handicap Races to go ahead

Crosby Sailing Club can confirm that their annual RNLI Hangover Handicap races will take place on Sunday 2nd January 2011. The lake appears to be 100% ice-free now. 11am start, 3 races. Members from any local clubs which may still be frozen are very welcome to come and compete.

The North West RYA race officer supreme Henry Wright, being the club's guru for the day. All the gents who attended obviously had very understanding other halves . Some members caught on the hop by earlier start Crosby SC held their Annual Hangover Handicap event on Sunday 4th January. The weather gods played ball. It's not over until the final whistle The final positions for the Phantom North 2014 series, are now published and the prize giving was held at Crosby SC. Along with 40+ visiting Sea Cadets Crosby SC held their Bart's Bash event at Crosby Lakeside centre, welcoming a number of non members to join them. Using 2.4m keelboats Crosby SC held a different style of racing to which they are normally used to on Sunday 29th December.
