Stand E14, 7-8 March 2009
The RYA Volvo Dinghy Show 2009, 7th-8th March, will see the first public appearance of Devoti sailing’s brand new asymmetric hiking dinghy, the ‘D-One’.
Devoti are the most successful builders of the Olympic Finn class dinghy and have put their experience to good use in designing and building this completely new and innovative racing class.
The ‘D-One’ hull weighs 50kg and is of epoxy carbon sandwich construction. The two piece carbon mast is available as standard with three different mast top sections, allowing helmsmen of a wide weight, age and fitness range to sail the boat competitively.
The boat has a carbon bow sprit and boom and removable and adjustable wings, further increasing the tuning possibilities for different helmsmen.
The ‘D-One’ produces close and exciting racing and is poised to become an extremely successful international class. Come and see us on stand E14 to see for your selves and find out more.
The RYA Volvo Dinghy Show 2009 in association with Yachts and Yachting and Suzuki is at Alexandra Palace London on 7th-8th March 2009. To find out more and book your tickets online, visit www.dinghyshow.org.uk or call the ticket hotline on 0845 3450424.
