Dick Batt to talk on sail design at Burghfield Sailing Club

Dick Batt is to give a talk on Sail Design on Wednesday 4th February at Burghfield Sailing Club, near Reading.

Dick Batt runs his own sail loft based in Chichester, He is an extremely experienced sailor, winning many dinghy championships on his way to gain the knowledge he puts into his sail design. He understands what dinghy sailors to know. He is also Chief Measurer for the International Sailing Federation (ISAF) and has promised to bring a few photos and insights into his work at the China Olympics.

Twenty lively, up and coming young sailors compete for the title Burghfield Sailing Club welcomed twenty lively, up and coming young RS Aero youth sailors to compete for the UK National Youth Champion titles. A healthy fleet of 19 boats compete There was a healthy fleet of 19 boats competing at Burghfield in the 5th Hansa TT this season.
