Kidzink Workshop at the 29er World Championship © International 29er Class

At the 29er World Championship, young sailors will team up across countries to take on a real challenge: design a solution to remove harmful algae bloom before it damages our waters.

Participants will be paired across different countries and challenged to design a practical solution to address harmful algae bloom, working with provided materials and presenting their ideas in a competitive format.

The workshop will bring together international teams in a dynamic and hands-on environment, encouraging fast thinking, collaboration and creative problem-solving. It is an opportunity to apply the same mindset developed on the water to a real-world environmental challenge.
