After another day without racing, Valencia finally saw action on the fourth day of the Olympic Week Comunitat Valenciana Youth (OWCVY). The forecast promised favorable conditions, with winds between 18 and 25 knots blowing from 280° to 300° — perfect for competitive sailing.

The steady breeze allowed four races to be completed, enabling Real Club Náutico de Valencia to crown the 29er podium across all categories as part of the Eurocup 29er.

In the 29er fleet, France's Alexandre Mostini and Raphaël Allain, representing SNO Nantes, dominated from the very first race. The French duo delivered a flawless performance, winning all four races and asserting their supremacy on Valencian waters. With the discard rule applied, they secured overall victory with a commanding total of just 3 points.

The battle for the remaining podium places was much tighter. Silver went to the Italians Emilia Salvatore and Pietro Rizzi, from Società Canottieri Garda Salò, with 4 points — the same score as Valencia's Mateo and Simón Codoñer, from RCNV, who claimed bronze. In the end, the Italian team's better individual results proved decisive in the tiebreak, earning them second place.

By category, in the Top Over 19 fleet, the podium was completed alongside the Codoñer brothers by Hungarians Mor Csekovszky and Martin Zarandy (Spartacus Sailing Club) in second place, and the British duo Joe Wimpory (Hayling Island SC) and Charlie Hopkinson (Nottingham SC) in third.

In the U17 category, Liv Martin and Olha Lubianska won the women's division; Bruno Iacomelli and Matteo Trotta took the men's title; and Ida Kocieda and Hubert Glowala claimed victory in the mixed category.

In the Absolute category, Margherita Martarelli and Camilla Ceruti won gold in the women's event, Alexandre Mostini and Raphaël Allain took the men's title, while Emilia Salvatore and Pietro Rizzi claimed victory in the mixed category.

The prize-giving ceremony was attended by Rafel Chirivella, Vice President of the FVCV, and Andrés Arlandis, President of the RCN of Valencia, together with Sergio Ferrando, Dinghy Sailing Representative, and Stéphane Eyme, Manager.
