Sea Sure Ltd are a UK based manufacturer with an enviable reputation for producing quality hardware for both the marine, defence & aerospace markets. Based at our manufacturing facility in Warsash, Southampton, this is an exciting sales and marketing role providing product technical support to customers, the inputting of orders, and posting within our social media channels.
The role would suit an enthusiastic individual with a basic knowledge of sailboats & hardware.
Our team is relatively small so the ideal candidate wouldn't be afraid to get stuck into new projects and assist other members of the team in areas outside of their standard day to day business.
The ideal candidate would have a passion for boating, able to give technical advice to customers on products & use their knowledge of boating to post about our products on our social media channels. The role would suit someone looking to step into the marine industry who more than anything has a passion for sailing/boating.
Key Objectives
- Give technical advice to business & retail customers, both over the phone & email.
- Post daily on our social media channels
- Assist with the upkeep and development of our retail websites.
- Inputting of customer orders
- Assisting with all areas of marketing (catalogue, shows, adverts etc)
Skills
- Computer Literate
- Knowledge of boating/sailboats
- Ability to multitask
- Self-motivated
