Rooster Southern Summer Traveller Series for UK Topper sailors had its prize-giving in Garda at the Worlds © Alex Rhodes

After seven competitive events at clubs across the South between March and July the results for the Rooster Southern Summer Traveller Series were very close, especially in the 5.3 fleet with a showdown between Henry and Seb at the last event at Stokes Bay.

Rather than present the prizes at the last Open we decided to host the Series prize-giving whilst in Riva Del Garda for the Worlds and I hope you'll agree that the venue was pretty spectacular!

Well done to all the participants, Series prize winners were:

1st Ethan Rhodes - Warsash SC
2nd Jake Davies - Warsash SC
3rd Orla Parker - Netley SC

1st Boy outside top 3 - Seb Sitton - Warsash SC
1st Girl outside top 3 - Megan Cerrato - Warsash SC

5.3 fleet:

1st Henry Martin - Portchester SC
2nd Seb Davies - Warsash SC
