Sailing and Racing at Burghfield Sailing Club

So after many weeks and several months of hibernation, sailing clubs are starting to emerge from the Winter that has been Coronavirus.

When the Government waved the green flag, sailing recommenced at Burghfield and the lake was immediately busy with members taking advantage of the opportunity to go sailing. When the restrictions were lifted enough to start racing, members started turning out in increasing numbers to get back in that competitive environment.

Our Sunday pursuit race has been a bit of a phenomenon with more than 100 members having taken part in one or more races and the quality has been stellar!
