SB20 class Hamble Grand Slam update

Following the updated guidance from the RYA the SB20 class Hamble Grand Slam has now been changed from a double-handed event to a three-person crew, with appropriate social distancing in line with the revised guidelines.

The event is being kindly hosted by the Royal Southampton Yacht Club and racing will be in the Hill Head area. SB20 class committee member Charlie Whelan said, "The updated guidance is really welcome and already we have seen additional entries so we should get get a good turnout for what will become our first multiday event of the year. With Nationals being hosted by the Royal Southern on 17-20 September it give teams the chance to get out on the same water for some much needed practice".
