We are a company dedicated to serving our retail and wholesale customer base worldwide. An opportunity for a Finance Manager has now arisen. This role will be based at our office/warehouse space in Fareham where you will join a small, dynamic group of people who work hard for the success of the Rooster brand and ultimately grow our successful business.

Finance Manager (approx. 20-25hrs)
- Understanding and keeping abreast of financial regulations and legislation.
- Commercial and business awareness.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent understanding of bookkeeping to enable smooth operation of accounting part of order processing, stock control and finance system with e-commerce interface.
- Good IT skills to include Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Excellent time management, organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
- Problem solving and initiative
- The ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships.
- Qualified or qualified by experience.
- Flexible, "can do" attitude.
