On Wednesday the Volvo Ocean Race will resume with Leg 6 from Hong Kong to Auckland.

Team Brunel sets sail for New Zealand with eight sailors on board. Among them, are the returned Peter Burling, Louis Balcaen and Alberto Bolzan. The sailors are expected in the City of Sails in the last week of February.

Burling, Balcaen and Bolzan back on board
Bekking: "These are the eight names with which we are going to do this leg. It is good that Burling, Balcaen and Bolzan are back. If we look at the weather models then it will immediately be full on for the first 36/48 hours. There are different route options. If you choose a certain route it can immediately seem like you are hundreds of miles behind. We also have to take into account the cyclone season; there are enough choices to make."

Lush not on board
The British sailor Annie Lush will not be part of the eight-man crew that leaves Hong Kong on Wednesday. Lush: "In the past few weeks I have done everything to be fit on time, but unfortunately it was not meant to be. I have to accept that now, but I will have more time to get strong again and will be cheering for the team from behind my screen!"
