The branding specialists Grapefruit Graphics are reflecting on a busy year and looking forward to 2017.

Grapefruit Graphics have been offering their services for over a decade now and over the years have established themselves as market leaders in vinyl application with technical films. The truth about this company is, they really know boats. Grapefruit Graphics apply their extensive knowledge of the marine industry to tailor their products and services to attain to the demands of the industry; something that sets them apart from their competition.

Having supplied graphics for the sailing events at Olympic level, been an official supplier for the largest sailing regatta in the world at Cowes Week and pioneered the delivery of a modern livery for a ground-breaking commercial vessel on the Isle of Wight, it's evident why the company's momentum is building.

But regardless of budget or client profile, Grapefruit pride themselves on accepting jobs of all sizes. Whether this entails wrapping a local sailor's dinghy or branding a fleet of international competitor's boats, each project is welcomed by the Grapefruit team.

A highlight for the Grapefruit's this year was vinyl wrapping Red Funnel's new high-speed vessel, Red Jet 6. The company delivered the vessel with its contemporary livery this summer, working alongside the boat builders Shemara Refit Ltd in perfect harmony. The multi-million-pound ferry collected national attention with a royal launch by HRH the Princess Royal, and the Grapefruit's are now looking forward to expanding their work within the commercial sector and embracing what the future may hold for them in that area of work.

But the marine industry is not where the Grapefruits draw a line. The branding mavens also boast a portfolio rich in services across other industries, varying from vehicle wrapping to signage to interior and exterior building graphics. Grapefruit's depth of work in these areas is continually growing; especially following recent developments with their technical vinyl being able to be applied onto brick walls and other building substrates.

Despite their promising year in 2016, the company have no intention on resting on their laurels. The new year is fast approaching and with it holds a sea of new opportunities for Grapefruit to capitalise on. To kick start the new year Grapefruit Graphics will be exhibiting at the London Boat Show in January; teaming up alongside their main supplier, Mactac.

You can visit the Grapefruit's at the London Boat Show from 6th-15th January at stand DO29 to learn about their colour range of vinyl tuning films as well as a ground-breaking new product launch! Watch this space...
