Do you sail a RS Boat? Join your Class Association to get the most from your boat

Your Class Association works for ALL RS sailors, setting the rules on the one-design class, arranging fantastic racing, coaching and social events, managing communication, liaising with the builder, and thereby maintaining the value of your boat.

If the above reasons are not enough, we are delighted to announce that, as well as the current membership benefits, listed below, the RS Sailing Store and Noble Marine Insurance have some fantastic new deals for RS Class Association members.

RS Sailing Store – Get 15% off the cost of new sails and covers plus year round discount on other top sailing product

From 15th September until 7th October RS Sailors Club members will have access to a 15% pre-order discount on their sails for delivery for the new season. This will be the only sail deal in 2017 - so if you are thinking of new sails act now!

Who is eligible for the RS Sailing Store Sail Discount?

  • To be a member of the RS Sailors Club, all you need to do is to be a member of the RS Class Association, RS Tera Class Association (CA), RS Feva CA, RS Aero CA, RS Elite CA or 2000 CA, and have agreed to share your details with RS Sailing.
  • To be eligible for the discount you must be a member of the appropriate Class Association and RS Sailors Club at point of order and point of dispatch.
  • Maximum of one complete suit of sails per member (2 suits per family membership).

How it works

Call the RS Sailing Store (01794 526 760 option 1) within the dates above to place your order and leave a 25% deposit, the remaining balance will be collected 2 days before despatch. Orders will be fulfilled before 15th March 2017; some orders may be fulfilled immediately subject to stock. All sails include digital 8 sail numbers, battens and sail bag. UK mainland delivery is £19.95; collection from the store is also available.

Noble Marine Insurance – Get 10% discount on your insurance renewal

From 1 January 2017, all RS Class Association members will be entitled to 10% discount off the insurance for their RS boat or fleet. This can be claimed by calling 01636 707606 to take out and/ or renew your RS dinghy policy providing us with your RS Membership number or by following the Class Association heading in the Insurance Section found on Noble Marine's website, www.noblemarine.co.uk

RS Fevas at Northampton
Volvo Grand Prix Series Round 1 The 2017/18 RS Feva Volvo Grand Prix Series started with a weekend at Northampton Sailing Club on the 16th and 17th September. A fleet of 40 boats attended with this Grand Prix also doubling up as one of the indicators for the winter training squads. Posted on 18 Sep
