In just over a month's time, the 2016 Spinlock IRC Small Boat Championships are being held in Weymouth and Portland.

Running over the weekend of 3rd and 4th September, the event coincides with Weymouth Waterfest, a maritime festival with visiting tall ships, food stalls and live music that brings thousands of visitors to the town centre every year – it's a fantastic atmosphere both on and off the water.

The Small Boat Championships are for yachts with an LOA of less than 36′ and a TCC of 0.960 or below. This national event attracts some of the best of the UK's 'giant killers' – small boats that turn on a sixpence and regularly overhaul craft many times their size and cost.

Winners of Spinlock IRC Championship classes will take home a specially engraved trophy to commemorate their victory.

We also have One Design and additional IRC classes for larger/faster craft, each competing for a coveted Regatta cup.

Early bird discount closes this Sunday 17th July, so register now at weymouthregatta.uk to grab your entry fee for just £40.
