Island Sailing Club Evening Race Series - Day 12

51 boats turned out on a warm sunny evening with variable winds forecast. The courses were based on a SW breeze, but by the time of the start the wind had veered to the NW.
All competitors were home by 2003hrs with eth exception of Paul Walker's "Brassed Off" who decided that another 32 minutes in the sun would be great.
Brendan McMahon in his Fast 40.7 "Fandango" had a close win by only 3 minutes in Class 1, with Andrew and Rebecca Buchanan's "Haggis 2" beating Roger Moorman in "Octavia" by 7 seconds in Class 2.
