Pinnell & Bax are truly a 'One Stop Sailing Shop' with everything you could wish for under one roof.
Based in Northampton our in-house sail loft have been producing championship winning sails for over 40 years and over the years have grown into a well-established brand in the production of sails, boat covers and bespoke covers.
The loft is staffed by hugely experienced National, European and World Championship winning sailors. With years of experience between them, working directly alongside the likes of Alan Bax and Steve Graham, this is an unparalleled opportunity to learn from some of the most experienced people in the industry. Applicants will also have the opportunity to represent the company at shows, such as the London Boat Show.
Customer service skills are a must, as you will have constant first hand interaction with our existing and potential customer base. As a P&B employee you will also have the opportunity to join the P&B Race Team.
Competing in events across the country alongside some of the nations most talented sailors.
