How to follow the Monsoon Cup

It is just days away to the season finale of the 2015 World Match Racing Tour, the Monsoon Cup. Skippers and Teams are all gearing up and heading their way to Malaysia. The locals are just as excited as we are to the build up to what is the most exciting finals in the sailing calendar. So, it's time to explain the different ways you can follow.

  1. The Website

    Our website is our primary communication and information platform. In the build-up to The Monsoon Cup, we will be posting regular interviews and news contents about the event. When the season finale begins, we will get the latest result right straight out from the waters.

  2. Livestream

    We will be streaming LIVE daily via livestream.com. This stream can be viewed via multiple channels - our official website, livestream.com and also on the YachtsandYachting.com homepage.

    • Qualifying Day 1 - 1000hrs - 1700hrs (+8GMT)
    • Qualifying Day 2 - 1000hrs - 1700hrs (+8GMT)
    • Quarter Finals - 1000hrs - 1700hrs (+8GMT)
    • Semi Finals - 1000hrs - 1700hrs (+8GMT)
    • Petit Final & Final - 1000hrs - 1700hrs (+8GMT)

    We will also be going live to terrestrial TV on Finals day from 1500hrs - 1700hrs (+8GMT)

  3. Facebook

    Our Facebook page is the one to go-to media channel (along with Twitter). This is the place where you want to get the latest behind the scenes, race results, videos and images of the day all from the event.

  4. Twitter

    Our Official Twitter page will be @worldmrt. Breaking news, interaction with the skippers, favourite quotes, best videos and images, important announcements... you name it, and we are on it. For live race updates, best follow us on @wmrt_liverace for quick, up-to-date fast race results all in with 140 characters.

  5. Instagram

    We got our Instagram account running this season, and this will be home to some of the best images from the waters and from the shores. We are can't wait to publish rich imagery from the event - from the shores and waters. So in the next couple of days, our Instagram account will become one worth following.

  6. Daily Reports

    We will be publishing the daily reports on YachtsandYachting.com

  7. #Hashtags

    The Season Finale of the World Match Racing Tour, the Monsoon Cup event will have three official hashtags making it quick and simple to search for news on the web. The first hashtag #SeasonFinale, the second hashtag #MonsoonCup and the third hashtag #WhereChampionsAreMade.
